A rare and extremely exciting opportunity has arisen to join an international, widely recognised and successful interior design practice as part of the senior management team. This is a brand new, seriously meaty role designed to take away the day-to-day running of the company from an operations perspective and to enable my client to focus more on the creative side.
Based in stunning offices in a lovely part of south west London, you will be the lynch pin involved in all areas of the business: HR, marketing and PR, events, office management, managing junior staff, clients and working with the creative team to get a handle on project progress.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in business or operations management for a luxury brand, but above all, you must be adept at maintaining and monitoring budgets, understanding business pipeline, be incredibly organised, proactive and a fantastic people manager who gets the best out of their team.
