We have a super varied and hands-on role working for a trendy technology start-up based in incredibly stylish offices in the heart of London! Think old warehouse turned supersonic work space with a buzzy and sociable vibe! 

You will be the lifeblood of this highly stimulating working environment and the point of contact for anything office related. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting guests, taking telephone messages, helping order office supplies, investigating new vendors, organising lunches for the office and coordinating social events. As this is a new office space for this organisation you will need to be proactive in sourcing new suppliers whether that be for catering or office stationary! You will also be helping out the team with ad hoc administrative duties - scanning, photocopying, stationery orders, post and ensuring that the team have everything they need for their days to run smoothly. 

The environment is fast paced, buzzy, positive and has a real start up feel. You will be integral to the office so you must be proactive, personable, excellent at building internal and external relationships and able to think on your feet and negotiate the best deals possible!

£36,000 - £38,000

A super innovative, creatively-minded consultancy firm is looking for an experienced and confident PA/EA to join their ever expanding team.

This is a really varied, all round role. You’ll be working with two consultants, helping them to meet and exceed client needs by providing really first-class support, both to the consultants internally as well as external, client facing work.

Not at all a traditional PA position, the ideal person will be looking to take the next step in their career. In addition to the above tasks, there will also be the line management of a junior PA so this is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to make the move into a management position.

Responsibilities will include (but are certainly not limited to!):

  • Very complex diary management, scheduling and travel including working to tight deadlines across multiple time zones.
  • Lots of client liaison, acting as a key interface between clients and consultants as well as the wider business.
  • Managing clients including scheduling, finance management, revenue forecasting and tracking projects
  • Implementing processes, templates and streamlining existing systems
  • Working closely with a junior PA to delegate and best support the consultants and the business as a whole.

Because of the variety of this role, at least 2 solid years PA /EA experience is an absolute must.

Amazing opportunity for projects heavy, client facing PA!

£25,000 - £30,000

A really rare opportunity has arisen for someone super bright with fantastic coordination experience and great client liaison skills.

This is a LOT more than a traditional PA position and is far more aligned with an Account/Project Manager. There is lots of training and support provided however excellent organisation skills and demonstrable client facing experience is vital.

The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre with a really commercial mind-set and the ability to straddle both internal processes as well as external client facing work, really driving the business forward.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with clients on projects, time scaling processes and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings.
  • As you increase in experience, leading and developing new innovations and projects
  • Liaising with both internal and external parties to make sure work runs smoothly.
  • Offering world class administration skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Coordinating internal teams and acting as the bridge between departments.
