Operations Manager – £35K – £45K DOE

01/01/1970

The job of a LIFETIME has arisen for someone experienced in the world of architecture to effectively take on the Operational running of a hugely respected, globally recognised London design practice.

I am looking for a super organised, proactive, forward thinking individual who has worked in an operational capacity within architecture or design. You'll be at home in the industry: you'll know what a master plan is, and be very computer literate with a knowledge of Vectorworks/CAD, InDesign and Photoshop.

I am searching for someone who takes pride in being absolutely on it, and ahead of the curve.  You will have to have the confidence and experience to run and oversee new and ongoing jobs - so experience in this is a must.

You will be expected to contact clients, contractors and designers; keep the filing up to date, typing letters and keeping a very close eye on every single detail of the jobs at all times. This person MUST be forward thinking and be able to see a job from start to finish with flawless attention to detail.

This is a role that revolves around mutual trust and respect and as such you won't necessarily need to be in the office everyday,  but will need to be absolutely on top of everything to ensure the smooth running of every job.

There is the potential opportunity for some designing with the job down the road. In short, this is a super opportunity to work with a world-renowned designer who has projects going on all over the world. If you are looking to take the next step in your career in 2019, and you have the background i'm looking for: get in touch with me today for a conversation.
