A private family based on an estate in Berkshire are looking for a poised, calm and polished Property / Private PA to assist the Principal in an administrative capacity with their enormous workload. Based in stunning rural surrounds, this is a newly created role with lots of scope to make it your own, working for a charming boss who wants a real partnership with their PA.
In this hugely busy role you will assist across the Principal’s property portfolio, managing the estate and taking care of book-keeping. You will also manage the family diary, travel, the household staff, paying bills, writing formal correspondence and more.
This role will appeal to someone with PA experience who wants to be at the heart of family life and business and make a real difference. Ideally you will have some Private PA and book-keeping experience, with fantastic formal letter-writing skills, spelling and grammar. Must be comfortable working with Macs / iPads and iPhones, country life and a dog lover!
