Private PA – Up to £50K DOE

01/01/1970 A private individual based in London is looking for a calm, organised, super-efficient Private PA to support their busy life in an administrative capacity. This is a newly created role with lots of scope to make it your own, working for a charming boss who wants a real partnership with their PA and in a role which will very much evolve over time to become a trusted right hand. Typical duties may include diary and schedule management, meeting organisation, filing, payment of invoices, car maintenance, art management, property management for a number of properties in London and further afield – and more besides. There may be building projects, so some experience of this would be a bonus, plus all manner of ad hoc research and information gathering. In addition there will be plenty of complex travel arrangements for the family so someone who is able to think through the finer detail of this and be able to handle detailed requirements and changes is key. We are looking for someone who has experience supporting on a one-to-one basis and who is calm, unflappable, highly efficient, yet flexible, with a keen eye for detail and who is comfortable working alone and autonomously, often without direction. You will be a proficient Microsoft Windows user – and a car driver is a bonus. The role is based in London but may include travel from time to time out of town. Working hours are 9am-6pm, with the understanding that on occasion additional support out of hours may be required. If this sounds like you, please get in touch with us today!
