Office Assistant – £20-25K DOE

01/01/1970 One of my favourite clients, a super cool and creative venture capital firm based in stunning offices in the heart of the West End is looking for a bright, sparky office assistant to help them out with all things administrative in the office. In this busy role you will be responsible for meeting and greeting their entrepreneurs and guests, assist with scheduling meetings across different time zones, ordering office supplies, assisting with the many events they run and much more. They are a really super team – warm, approachable and non-hierarchical. Ideally you will hold a degree and a little work experience, but no previous experience is required as they will provide full training. You must be keen to learn, reliable and enjoy responsibility, with first rate communication and people skills, a can-do attitude and be keen to learn. This would suit a secretarially trained candidate at the start of their career who is looking to join a progressive, modern and completely non-stuffy finance house.
