PA / Office Manager – £45-50K DOE

01/01/1970 My client, a very successful and charming entrepreneur with varied business interests, is looking for a bright, switched on Business / Private PA to provide seamless support both to him and also help the rest of his small but friendly London office with office management. Based in fabulous offices in the heart of the West End and working alongside the Principal’s Business Assistant, you will be responsible for all manner of PA / Office Management duties both big and small: from answering the office phone and stocking up the office with stationery, supplies, flowers etc, to organising complex logistics for extensive family travel, managing from afar his various properties and investments, and general support across his different business interests. We are looking for someone who will come in and hit the ground running, a true self starter. Although the team is really friendly they are focussed and busy and therefore this role would suit someone who enjoys working relatively autonomously. Ideally you will have a couple of years’ experience supporting a HNWI in a private capacity in addition to business support experience, have lots of energy, take pride in doing a brilliant job and the desire to learn and get involved.
