01/01/1970 We are looking for a well-presented, articulate candidate to come on board to look after high profile UUHNWI and his team as a Business Assistant / Chief of Staff.  This is an incredibly responsible role - you will be heavily relied upon and seen as the "go to" person to make things happen on a daily basis.  We are therefore looking for someone with lots of flexibility, the ability to keep calm under pressure, able to change direction at a moments notice and resilient.   This role will be in the UK, but there might be a need to travel occasionally to the Far East, France and US.  This role will be working as part of a global team but you are largely working on your own and often remotely and so you do need to be happy working independently.  You will be responsible for organising all aspects of the personal and business life for the UHNWI – however big of small.  Typical duties include diary and schedule management, meeting organisation, management of emails, liaising with security, private jet bookings and management of travel bookings.  Research/ information gathering, high profile event organisation, recruitment & HR, finance, extensive liaison across the globe, art management, property management and any project work as and when directed.   In addition you will be responsible for all travel logistics, personal shopping and all manner of  private and personal duties.   Ideal candidate will have exceptional prioritisation skills, excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and strong attention to detail.  Resilience is essential as well as a discreet and confidential approach.  You will be polished and professional and not afraid of hard work.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Assistant / Chief of Staff looking for an exciting new challenge to kick off 2019!
