Part Time Private PA | Project Manager – Up to £36K (pro rata)

01/01/1970 A hugely successful international artist requires a switched on and self-sufficient part time Private PA and Project manager. As my client is based in the United States, they require a highly capable PA/Project manager on the ground in London, to manage their properties as well as other private affairs. No two days will be the same and your schedule will vary from week to week, so you must be flexible with your time. You will need to project manage renovation and construction works, as well as organising critical property maintenance and liaising extensively with landlords. The role will also involve other ad hoc tasks, such as running personal errands, writing letters on behalf of the principle, managing relationships and gatekeeping. You must have previous experience in property maintenance and renovation and be incredibly efficient and flexible with excellent initiative. As this role is remote and the principle is based overseas, you must have exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and be able to upwardly manage. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced Private PA with project work seeking part time work. You will be based from home, but required to visit the properties in central London, always ensuring the lines of communication are kept open with the principle. Immediate start with interviews taking place at the end of January.
