My client, a highly successful business based in stunning modern offices located in the heart of the west end, is looking for a supersonic Assistant to help 3 heads of department offering secretarial, administrative support and general office duties. This is an 8-month maternity contract.
Based in stunning offices in the heart of the West End, you will be the go to person spinning many plates at once: lots of diary management and logistics, taking care of correspondence, organising travel and itineraries, putting together agendas and documents, expenses, liaising with the rest of the team and more!
Ideally, you will be a graduate with a few years of experience in a PA role but personality will be also extremely important. You’ll be super organised, be able to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. You must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to handle confidential information. Ideally, you will have a calm, mature, can-do attitude and be a real team player who’ll be happy to help out your wonderful colleagues where needed.
