One of our favourite clients, a prestigious property company based in central London, is looking for a PA to Finance and Operations Director to come on board and be a part of a very successful team.
The majority of the role will be assisting the Operations Director with the day to day running of company operations, as well as working closely with compliance and HR. This will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting with the management of the car fleet – maintaining the car list, dealing various enquiries, contracts and invoices
- Working closely with the Office Managers to assist with the smooth running of operations, this includes ensuring Health and Safety is in place, maintaining supplier management across all branches, partner management and sorting out any complaints
- Assisting the training and compliance team with booking training sessions and preparing Powerpoints for sessions
The ideal candidate will be:-
- Highly organised, practical
- Good attention to detail
- Great customer service skills
- Great communication skills both verbal and written
- Proactive and energetic
- Driving License needed for this role.
